i am trying to set up my outbound mail server but the fucking thing wont work..

any help wld be appreciated.. everytime i send recieve it asks me for the correct user password logon.. n i am putting in the right password.

Inbound is your mail.webhost outbound is mail.fcuk.org.uk and that password i gave you.
